Frank Hawkins Jr. (born July 3, 1959 in Las Vegas, Nevada) is a former American football running back who played seven seasons in the National Football League with the Los Angeles Raiders.
Hawkins played college football at the University of Nevada, Reno. He was elected to the College Football Hall of Fame in 1997.
Hawkins was the first elected black official on the Las Vegas City Council and served one four-year term, beginning in 1991.[1]
