Frank Harper

Frank Harper is a British actor. He is best known for playing the roles of Billy Bright in The Football Factory (2004), Diamond Dog in Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels (1998), and Alan Paxton in Bend It Like Beckham (2002). He appears as a white nationalist in South West 9, and as the bank robber in Harry Enfield's film, Kevin & Perry Go Large. He also featured in The Streets' music video "Fit But You Know It". Harper is currently being cast as Jack Whomes in Rise of the Foot Soldier, which is scheduled to premiere in 2007. Like his character in The Football Factory, Harper is again cast in the role of a hooligan in the film.
