Frank H. Scheme

Frank H. Scheme has lived and worked in Sweden, Peru, Brazil and Canada for 30 years and has been a Canadian citizen since 1974. A former global business development and marketing/public relations executive, with some of Canada's largest family business interests, he is a successful lobbyist, fundraiser and passionate promoter of human rights, social justice, sustainability and nature conservation. Among his particular strengths are his persuasive diplomacy, wide range of contacts including Members of Parliament (MP's) and the Senate; planning and execution of complex multi-party projects and ability to lead and inspire people. Mr. Scheme has also been very successful in working with not for profit organizations and regional financial institutions such as CIDA in Ottawa, World Bank, IADB, IFC in Washington and the Caribbean Development Bank in Barbados.
Fluent in four languages( English, French, Spanish and Portuguese) and conversant in three more (Swedish, German and Italian) Mr. Scheme has cemented a solid reputation for proven results by providing strategic advice to clients in Canada and offshore, as a past board member of Trade Team Canada Inc., The Canadian Council for Latin America and FOCAL. He is a regular speaker, moderator and chair of business development forums in Canada and offshore.
Mr. Scheme is a graduate of Saint Andrew's College, Lima, Peru and Cambridge University and 3 years at McGill University. A former President of GeoCan Inc., he is currently a Management Consultant, Fundraiser and part-time Parliamentary Relations Coordinator with Amnesty International.
