Frank Gulotta

Frank Gulotta was a former Nassau County district attorney and former New York State Supreme Court judge.

Frank Gulotta is the father of Thomas Gulotta, the Republican county executive of Nassau County, New York from 1987 to 2001.

Frank Gulotta was responsible for instigating Francis E. Dec's forgery trial, after which he was savagely demonized by Mr. Dec in his rants, and portrayed by him as a “black felon Mafioso”. Although described as "negroidic in appearance and demenor" by the schizophrenic Mr Dec, Gulotta was of Italian descent and not African American.
