Frank Thomas Duffy (born October 14, 1946 in Oakland, California) was a Major League Baseball player from 1970 to 1979 for the Cincinnati Reds, San Francisco Giants, Cleveland Indians, and Boston Red Sox. Duffy, a middle infielder is probably best remembered for being a part of a trade between the Reds and Giants where he was sent along with Vern Geishert for slugger George Foster.
