Frank Cignetti (born October 4, 1965) is the current quarterbacks coach of the San Francisco 49ers of the NFL.
Previously he served as the offensive coordinator for the University of North Carolina for the 2006 season. When Butch Davis was hired to replace former coach John Bunting at North Carolina, Davis relieved Cignetti of his coaching duties. Cignetti is the son of Frank Cignetti, the longtime coach of Indiana University of Pennsylvania and the West Virginia University. Cignetti's brother, Curt, has also served as the tight ends coach at North Carolina State University.
