Frank Charles Mears

Sir Frank Charles Mears (18801953) was one of Scotland's leading planning practitioners during the 1930s and 1940s.

Projects with which he was involved include:

  • County Planning in East Lothian (1933-1950)
  • Renewal of Stirling's Old Town (1936-1953)
  • Central and South East Scotland Plan (1949)
