Frank Charles Mears

Sir Frank Charles Mears (1880 – 1953) was one of Scotland's leading planning practitioners during the 1930s and 1940s.
Projects with which he was involved include:
- County Planning in East Lothian (1933-1950)
- Renewal of Stirling's Old Town (1936-1953)
- Central and South East Scotland Plan (1949)
