Francis O'Brien

Francis O'Brien (born April 1943) is an Irish politician and member of the 22nd Seanad Éireann for Fianna Fáil. He sas been a Senator since 1989, elected by the Agricultural Panel.

O'Brien is a native of Latton, near Ballybay, in County Monaghan. He was a member of Monaghan County Council from 1979 until 2003. He was Chairman of Monaghan County Council during the years 1986-87.
