Francis Geoffrey Jacobs

The Right Honourable Sir Francis Geoffrey Jacobs, KCMG, QC (b. 1939), is a barrister and a former Advocate General at the Court of Justice of the European Communities.

Official in the Secretariat of the European Commission of Human Rights; Legal Secretary to Advocate General Jean-Pierre Warner,; Professor of European Law, University of London; Director, Centre of European Law, King’s College London; Author of several works on European law; Advocate General at the Court of Justice of the European Communities (October 7, 1988 - January 10, 2006).
