Francis "Frannie" Collin (born 20 April 1987 in Chatham) is an English professional footballer playing for Gillingham and is a striker.

Collin is a former England Schoolboy under 18 international who featured regularly for the Gills reserves in the 2003-2004 season. He made his debut for the first team with a goal in Gillingham's 2-0 win over Crawley Town in the LDV Vans Trophy first round. In October 2005 he signed his first professional contract with the club and scored his first league goal against Hartlepool United in a 3-1 defeat on 1 November 2005.

Collin has as yet found first team opportunities at Gillingham limited, having been restricted mainly to substitute appearances.
