[edit] Other facts
One wikipedian traveler notes: "When I first came to the village in the 1980s there were lots of ruins from the Second World War. Now it's all restored and there are about 80 houses." The mayor is well liked and the population goes from about 200 in the summer down to about 70 or so in the winter. Like a lot of villages in this area, there are new houses going up around the edges but it is still a stunning little place. There's no boulangerie or cafe, with the closest in Saou to the west or Bordeaux to the East, but it does get regularly visited by a man with a van so you'll never be short of a picodon.
