Frances Mary Ward-Brown Foundation Mayoress of Porirua City (January 22, 1912 — April 14, 1987)


Frances Mary Brown; Wife of Whitford Brown, the Foundation Mayor of Porirua City, Wellington, New Zealand for 21 years (1965-1983). She was also the daughter of astronomer Joseph Thomas Ward and his wife Ada Evelyn Wright-Ward.
