Fran Cosmo

Francis Cosmo Migliaccio is an American musician best known as a former lead singer of the band Boston.

Boston guitarist Barry Goudreau recorded several songs with Cosmo in 1980, and formed Orion the Hunter in 1983. In 1991, Boston founder Tom Scholz asked Cosmo to sing on the 1994 album Walk On, replacing Brad Delp.
Delp later shared vocals with Cosmo in concert, where Delp said Cosmo covered "the really tough high parts." [1] Cosmo performed in their tours from 1995 to 2004, sang lead vocals on Walk On, several tracks on the 1997 'Greatest Hits' Album and several tracks the 2002 album Corporate America.
He currently performs in the band Cosmo with his son Anthony on the Frontiers Records label. [2] In 2007, Scholz filed a lawsuit against the younger Cosmo for allegedly violating a band participation agreement when the father-son band billed themselves as Boston, however there was no evidence provided to support the claim. [3]
