François Gourmet (born 28 December 1982) is a Belgian decathlete.

He finished tenth at the 2005 European Indoor Championships, won the silver medal at the 2005 Summer Universiade, finished thirtenth at the 2006 European Championships and eighth at the 2007 European Indoor Championships.

His personal best score is 7950 points, achieved in September 2005 in Talence.
