Fractal was founded by Nirmal Palaparthi, Pradeep Suryanarayan, Pranay Agrawal, Ramakrishna Reddy Dasari and Srikanth Velamakanni.In recent times, the company directors has been involved in a series of infighting and it nearly ended in a vertical split to multiple entities.

Nirmal is an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ahmedabad and a B. Tech. in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Madras. Since founding Fractal, Nirmal has left and rejoined Fractal.

Pradeep holds an MBA degree from Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIM) and a BS in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kanpur.

Pranay did his MBA from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ahmedabad and a BS in Commerce at Bangalore University.

Ramakrishna did his MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, IIM(A). Ramakrishna also has done his post graduate studies in Political Philosophy from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi.

Srikanth holds an MBA from Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ahmedabad and a BS in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Delhi.

Mr. Gulu Mirchandani is the major stakeholder of Fractal Analytics. He is also the Chairman of Mirc Electronics Limited, India's largest Electronics company with annual revenues exceeding $200M. As the Chairman and Managing Director of Mirc Electronics, he is responsible for formulating, incubating and delivering emerging technologies and services at national and international levels. Mr. Mirchandani graduated in Engineering with a B.S. Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS).
