[edit] Note
You have a history of uploading bad images, with improper licenses. Removing the warnings from your talk page without archiving them is considered bad form, and I've restored them. EVula // talk // ☯ // 23:48, 31 December 2006 (UTC)
- Yes, Fr4zer you MUST provide a detailed fair use rationale for every image you upload, like I taught you, so please do it. Gran2 12:30, 1 January 2007 (UTC)
You didn't teach me, Gran2. You just said: "Don't do that; they'll get taken off." That's hardly teaching me. Anyway...since that last image (Lee Oakes) I haven't had any image taken off so I think I have learnt now, Alex. Fr4zer 13:49, 1st January 2007 (UTC).
[edit] Repeated image copyright violations
Please read WP:FU thoroughly. I suggest you stop uploading copyrighted images to Wikipedia for the time being, and find other ways to contribute. Thanks, ed g2s • talk 18:20, 9 January 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Orphaned fair use image (Image:ClassicSonicUserBox.PNG)
Thanks for uploading Image:ClassicSonicUserBox.PNG. I notice the 'image' page currently specifies that the image is unlicensed for use on Wikipedia and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable under fair use (see our fair use policy).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any fair use images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Durin 04:04, 14 January 2007 (UTC)
- Ok...thanks for telling me. I have read the Fair Use article and I now know that fair use images are NOT allowed on userboxes. I'll try to remember that for the future! Fr4zer 12:42, 14 January 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Jesus illusion
I have added a "{{prod}}" template to the article Jesus illusion, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but I don't believe it satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and I've explained why in the deletion notice (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). Please either work to improve the article if the topic is worthy of inclusion in Wikipedia, or, if you disagree with the notice, discuss the issues at its talk page. Removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, but the article may still be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached, or if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria. [edit] Simpsons movie template
Can you make a Simpsons movie template with the right order? I want to use the template, but the day/month/year template looks wonky to me (it looks like the template is saying the movie comes out on the 7th day of the 23rd month). TJ Spyke 07:24, 8 March 2007 (UTC)
