Rev.Fr.T.C Jacob Thalakulam(1907-1976),well known as manager achen was the manager of Catholicate aramana for 30 long and important years,and was the manager of old seminary,kottayam for 15 years.He was one of the most respected personality in maakara sabha along side mammen mappilae and others.Schools and libraries were built in his memory and being running good. Almost every books about malankara sabha had some words about him.He was respected and worked along with three Catholicos and the saint vatteseery thirumani.lots of book about him are available including "fr T.C Jacob oru anusmaranam" by T.U Mathew Thalakulam and Rev.fr.Mathew Koshy.
