FPTV or Festival Portuguese Television is a Canadian category 2 Portuguese languagedigital cable specialty channel. It is owned by Frank Alvarez, who also owns and operates a multicultural radio station in Toronto, CIRV. FPTV launched in the fall of 2001 and is available through a select number of cable companies including Rogers Cable, Cogeco and Videotron.

Festival Portuguese Television features a mix of local programming as well foreign programming from Portugal. The foreign programming that airs on FPTV comes from SIC Internacional, one of the most popular private network in Portugal. FPTV airs live soccer each weekend, featuring matches from the Portuguese Superliga.
