From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Foxilandia is a term widely used[1] in the Mexican political culture that makes reference to the ruling period (2000-2006) of president Vicente Fox Quesada. It was first used during the appearance of Mr. Fox before the Mexican Congress on September 2004 [2]. Foxilandia is also the title of a number of political documentaries such as "Aventuras en Foxilandia" by Carlos Mendoza[3] and another by the acclaimed director Luis Mandoki. It is also the topic of the film "Un mundo maravilloso" (2006) by the Mexican director Luis Estrada.
