Four Rivers Transportation, Inc. is a railway holding company. It currently operates three railroads, the Paducah and Louisville Railway in Western Kentucky, the Evansville Western Railway in Southwestern Indiana and Southern Illinois, and the Appalachian and Ohio Railroad in West Virginia.

Four Rivers Transportation is owned by Paducah and Louisville Railway management and CSX Transportation. The company is incorporated in Delaware.
