Fountainbleu Plaza

Fountainbleu Plaza is a tall, strictly residential, 28 story tall building located in the municipality of San Juan, Puerto Rico. Considered one of the tallest buildings in Puerto Rico, it is better known for its change in facade in the last 7 floors. It has an estimated height of 225- 280 feet. It is in a convenient location, close to the border of the municipalities of Guaynabo and San Juan. It is located close to the Colegio San Ignacio de Loyola [[1]] and is very close to the Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport [[2]], Plaza las Americas Mall [[3]], Montehiedra Town Center, "Galeria Paseos", etc. Next to it is the also strictly residential building, "View Point". It can be seen some times from any window seat in any airplane while landing at the island.There is no formal observation deck and access is limited to residents only.
