Foulques de Villaret (d. 1329) was the 25th grand master of the Knights Hospitallers, from 1307, succeeding his brother Guillaume.
Under his leadership they launched a successful attempt at the conquest of Rhodes, (1308 to later 1309). Other islands were taken also (Kastellórizo, Bodrum). The Order then moved their base to Rhodes.
He was later deposed from his position in 1319, in favour Maurice de Pagnac, after losing reputation by high-handed actions and pleasure-seeking. His replacement died in 1321, and he resumed office, stepping down in 1325.
