I have memories of not so long ago (i was in 6th form IIRC) of waling along one of the walls, after Mid Kent collage, very close to the fort Pitt school (I've a good feeling we weren't meant to be there as we came out in the middle of the school!), there were tennis courts to our right (below) - you can see this as a row of trees from Google earth, etc. thus, IMHO, most of the original fort is no longer visible.
