[edit] this title is general, not just India

Although this institute has a long history and English as its native tongue, most forested countries have a national forest research institute, so I think this is a general term.

Thus this article should deal and describe these institutes in general and each national, private or commerial research institute should have a separate title under a category of research institutes and forest research institutes.

I'd disagree with Pihka on that. In my view, this article is correctly named for its subject, though there is clearly the possibility of a new global article on Forestry research. Meanwhile I've added a few stubs to Category:Forest research institutes and a Forest research (disambiguation) page. Since Category:Forest research institutes is a sub-category of Category:Research institutes, I don't think we need to use the higher-level one too.
