I reversed to the last good version of the article. It seems that one or two Latvian nationalists are trying to vandalise the article (or at least edit it in a complete NPOV way)Adhalanay 12:25, 19 February 2006 (UTC)
The inserts that you removed were POV, but it is simply inaccurate to maintain that PCTVL is supported by Latvians; survey after survey has shown that the majority of its supporters are ethnically not Latvian, but Russian. In this context your neologism of 'Russian-speaking Latvians' is an oxymoron that clouds the issue, as ethnic groups in Latvia tend to define themselves by the language spoked by their members.
- "Latvian" in English means not only "ethnic Latvian" (= Lett), but also "inhabitant of Latvia" or "citizen of Latvia". 217.198.224.13 01:06, 7 August 2006 (UTC)
