The Forum for Academic and Institutional Rights is an association of American law schools seeking to overturn the Solomon Amendment. It has filed suit in a case, Rumsfeld v. FAIR, heard by the Supreme Court on December 6, 2005. On March 6, 2006, FAIR lost the case.
