El Foro Sol is a Rock Temple that was built in 1995 inside the Hermanos Rodríguez racetrack in eastern Mexico City just 10 min away from the Mexico City International Airport.

"El Foro Sol" was originally built just to be a place where to receive the greatest shows in the world. But since 2004, it has been used as a baseball stadium as well, because the only other major

baseball stadium in the City (Parque del Seguro Social) was demolished.

Artists of the like of the Red Hot Chili Peppers,Pink Floyd,Paul McCartney,Rolling Stones, Depeche Mode, U2, Robbie Williams, Madonna, Britney Spears, Shakira, Korn, Marilyn Manson and Aerosmith have performed there.

On December 3rd, 1997, during the Intro of the song I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For part of the U2's Pop Mart World Tour, Bono said "Thank you for bulding this... what ever this is", referring to the odd structure of "El foro sol" that was not planing to be a stadium.
