Forgotten Heroes

The Forgotten Heroes were a team of DC Heroes who had faded from the limelight. They initially appeared in DC Comics Presents #77, 78 and Action Comics #536, 540, 541, 545, 552, 553, 554.
Its initial members were: Animal Man, Cave Carson, Dolphin, Immortal Man, Rip Hunter, Rick Flag, Dane Dorrance and Congo Bill.
Years later, a new version of the team would appear in Resurrection Man, in which its member mistake Mitch Shelley for a reincarnated Immortal Man.
The new team consisted of Animal Man, Ballistic, Cave Carson, the Ray (Ray Terrill), Vigilante (Pat Trayce), Fetish, and eventually Immortal Man.
