[edit] Trivia
- Joy tells Catalina twice "Don't you judge me!" This was said by her mom (Played by Brett Butler) several times in the episode White Lie Christmas.
- "Screw the cheerleader destroy the world" is visible on the chalkboard in the flashback scene with the French exchange student doing well with American girls. This parodies advertisements for the NBC show Heroes, which stated "save the cheerleader, save the world"
- Pierre accuses Earl and Randy of "blocking the rooster", mistakenly translating the term "cock blocking".
- Randy sends away for and receives a Rainbow Sugar bits nitelight, from the cereal they have been eating. Earl also feeds some of the cereal to Pierre through the bullet hole in the wall.
- Catalina says she'll let Earl use the master key to the motel any time he wants.
- When listing great things about the US, Darnell (Crab Man) lists several varieties of marijuana.
- When Pierre headbutts Earl, it is a reference to Zinedine Zidane's famous headbutt in World Cup 2006.
