For the Sake of the Call is an album by Steven Curtis Chapman released on November 18, 1992, and RIAA-certified as Gold on December 6, 1994. The album won the 1992 Grammy Award for Best Pop/Contemporary Gospel Album and the Gospel Music Association award as Pop/Contemporary Album of the Year.
