Fontainhas (also in Capeverdean Crioulo, ALUPEC or ALUPEC and the Brava Crioulo) is a volcanic mountain in the island of Brava.

The mountain are made up of rocks with soil colours being orange-like, tan and light brown. The mountain contains several ledges and one of them is steep. The caldera is around 300 m long and about 15 m in height. The mountain features grasslands along with pine trees around the slopes since the area receives precipitation. Unpaved and earthened roads encircles the mountain and are not frequently used.

The mountain offers a panoramic view of almost all of the island except for the northernmost and the westernmost parts which are blocked by another mountains, also seen are the island of Fogo in the northeast and Ilhéu de Secos islets to the north. The mountain ranges can see most of the island's places including Nova Sintra do Monte, Vila Nova Sintra, Campo Grande, Cova Joana to the north, Lime Doce to the west and Cachaço to the south.
