Follo is a comune (municipality) in the Province of La Spezia in the Italian region Liguria, located about 80 km southeast of Genoa and about 8 km northeast of La Spezia. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 5,875 and an area of 23.1 km2.[1]
Follo borders the following municipalities: Beverino, Bolano, Calice al Cornoviglio, La Spezia, Podenzana, Riccò del Golfo di Spezia, Vezzano Ligure.
