FN BRG-15

The FN BRG-15 was supposed to be Fabrique Nationale de Herstal's new heavy machinegun but due to lack of funds the project was terminated in the early 90's as the company's focus shifted to the P90 and the Five-seveN pistol. The FN BRG-15 had almost been fully developed when the project was finally terminated. The ammunition was a unique 15,5x115mm cartridge developed especially for the weapon. The quick-change barrel assembly developed for the BRG-15 is now being marketed for FN's Latest version of the Browning heavy machinegun.
