Flying Bark Animation is a relatively new company formed from a merger of 2 others, Yoram Gross Films (Australia) and EMTV (Owned by Egmont Ehapa Merchandising). The company is based in Australia and is taking over responsibility for the production and distribution of all of Yoram Gross Films own material, and also distributing EMTV (Germany and Croatia) material.
