I can find NO evidence that Flora MacDonald (Canadian politician) was ever part of the group that stole the Stone from Westminster Abbey in 1950, or that she even studied in Scotland. Sounds like humorous misinformation, given the similarity of names with Flora Macdonald.

And it's not something that a participant would wish to hide, since with the passage of time, some of the actual participants in the "burglary" became respectable and celebrated, and it did not harm their careers, quite the contrary.
