This page isn't about floor vibration which is caused by natural frequencies of the overall structure. Interesting to note that the US has a design guide on this but what does it say? Do not presume that other countries do not also have guides (and CAD/CAM).

I have been working hard on one major flaw of this article: A POV (aka Point of View). When articles are written, they need to not use first person or unverifyable information. Forgive me for having to reword and remove sections, but this article was very different from what is requested here at Wikipedia.
