Flooded_New_Orleans_Neighborhoods.JPG (372 × 348 pixel, file size: 55 KB, MIME type: image/jpeg)

Photocopy of a map of neighborhoods flooded out in New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina in 2005. Originally published in an article in the St. Petersburg Times(but not in the Online Edition of the article), it mysteriously disappeared shortly before false rumors of government-sponsored racism started flying across the world. Note the demographics of other neighborhoods.
