Page ranked as the sixth oldest person in the United States and eleventh in the world when she died, aged 112 years 255 days, having beaten the previous state record by just two weeks.

Page was born in Haven. After graduating from high school she taught at a one-room school house near Lewis, and later worked at the War Risk and Insurance Department in Washington upon the start of World War I. Page married Fredric William Page in 1926. He died in 1967. She attributed her longevity to living a moral life, and taking no medication whatsoever.
