A four-mile-long, east-west throughfare Riviera Beach, State Road 708 is locally known as Blue Heron Boulevard. Its western terminus is an intersection with Bee Line Highway (SR 710); its eastern terminus is an intersection with Broadway (US 1-SR 5). Blue Heron Boulevard continues (as SR A1A) eastward from US 1, crossing Lake Worth on Riviera Beach Bridge to serve the beach just north of Palm Beach Shores.
