State Road 52 (SR 52) is the major east-west road through Central and Northeastern Pasco County, Florida. The road begins in Bayonet Point at US 19, runs past Saint Leo University, Saint Leo, Florida, northwest of Zephyrhills and terminates in Dade City, at US Truck Route 98 & 301.
Between Pasco CR 579 and Alternate Pasco CR 35, there's an Alternate Pasco CR 52 along Clinton Avenue that has no direct connection to State Road 52.
