State Road 369 is an unsigned route in Leon and Wakulla Counties, serving as the "secret" designation for US 319 between Wakulla Springs Road and Shadeville Highway.

The northern half-mile of the route has recently been widened to four lanes, and additional segments are planned to be widened soon.
