State Road 152 (locally known as Baymeadows Road) is a 6-mile Florida State Road in Jacksonville, Florida, from Florida State Road 13 to Florida State Road 9A. At it's eastern terminus, Baymeadows Road extends for 1¾ miles to Deerwood Park Boulevard, then returns to Florida State Road 9A. Just west of the western terminus, a residential street, Hollly Grove Avenue heads straight to the St. Johns River.
