State Road 13 (SR 13) is a state highway in the U.S. state of Florida, running south from Jacksonville on the east shore of the St. Johns River. South of its end at State Road 16, County Road 13 (CR 13) continues south to Hastings and then southeast, including a section of old brick road, along the old Dixie Highway to U.S. Highway 1 (SR 5) near Bunnell.
At its north end, SR 13 crosses the St. Johns River on the Acosta Bridge, ending at the north end of the bridge at Riverside Ave (U.S. Highway 17/State Road 228 - unsigned SR 15).
SR 13 is known as San Jose Blvd for much of its run through Duval County (Jacksonville). As it approaches downtown, it becomes Hendricks Ave, then turns west along Prudential Drive and then turns into San Marco Blvd before ending at the St. Johns River crossing at the Acosta Bridge.
