The Florida International University Honors College is an academic college located on-campus at Florida International University in Miami, FL. The Honors program opened in 1990 and the Honors College in 1997. Currently there are over 1100 students with over 50 full-time tenured, or tenure-track faculty with an average student ratio of 18:1.

Honors housing is also available in Lakeview Hall South for Freshmen and Everglades Hall for Upperclassmen at Honors Place. Started in 2000 with just 5 rooms, Honors Place now has over 100 students living in two separate residence halls and is the second-largest housing community after the F.Y.R.S.T. community.
