First off, "flickerFixer" was the name of a product by Microway. In other words, it's a trademark, although one that came to be used generically among Amiga users for any de-interlacer. Mirror Vax 21:15, 12 March 2006 (UTC)

That would be very good to note. Otherwise it looks like it's begging for a {{mergeto|Deinterlacing}}, since there are a great many deinterlacers that aren't called flicker fixers. --Interiot 02:17, 29 September 2006 (UTC)
