where is the evidence of the twin towers?

Does anybody know the ultimate source of this image? The referenced source at http://www.wtc-terrorattack.com/index2_en.htm gives says only 'by CBS News DVD.' Presumably that comes from some other source in turn. Ideally, it would be nice to know:
- who took the photograph or shot the video
- who owns the copyright on this image

Answer: The photo with the plane wich crashed in the wtc-tower 1 is taken from a DVD from the US-TV-Channel CBS News. This DVD are in a book from CBS news: "What we saw. The Event of september 11, 2001 - in words, pictures, and videos".
