Fair use claim: This picture of "Flea" will be used to illustrate the article clothes free people. Mr. Balzary, aka "Flea," has a reputation for performing nude. In fact, his band, the Red Hot Chili Peppers, became famous for performing either nude, in their underwear, or with socks over their genitals. Picture is already widely available on the Internet, and therefore not likely to infringe upon photographer's rights or royalties. Subsequent copies of this image are likely to result in increasingly low quality. Low resolution image.

From Red Hot Chili Peppers article:

"The four gathered a sizeable following for a band that had yet to release an album, mainly through their connections to the Los Angeles skating community and their manic live performances, which included them playing completely naked or with only socks covering their genitalia."
