Mark "Flex" Alexander Knox (born April 15, 1970) is an American actor and comedian. He is known as the star of the UPN sitcom One on One and for portraying Michael Jackson in the 2004 VH-1 biographical telefilm Man In The Mirror: The Michael Jackson Story.

Alexander was born in New York City, New York. Flex was once a back up dancer for the hip-hop girl group Salt-N-Pepa. More recently, he played the character of rapper Three G's in Snakes on a Plane.

Alexander is married to R&B singer Shanice, with whom he has two children. He is a member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. He also was a cast member on the comedy series "Uptown Comedy Club" along with Comedian Tracey Morgan (Saturday Night Live), Talent ( WKRS Kiss Morning Show) and Corlwin "The Atomic Dogg" Moore ( Former writer for Saturday Night Live.
