Fleur-de-Lis is a crimefighting character from France associated with the Global Guardians of DC Comics in the early 1990s. Her secret identity is Noelle Avril.

Fleur-de-Lis was introduced as a member of the Global Guardians when mentioned in Infinity, Inc. #34. She was later depicted fighting the forces of the villainous Dr. Klaus Cornelius in Blue Beetle.

After the closure of the Dome, Fleur-de-Lis went freelance. She was later seen assisting Deathstroke and André Chavard's Departement Gamma of French Intelligence in Deathstroke #32. There, it was revealed that she had had a romantic liaison in the past with Deathstroke and that his opponent, Count Jacques Tavolara, a.k.a, Tuxedo, had once been responsible for the death of Fleur-de-Lis' unborn son.
