Flemington Railway Station is a railway station in Sydney Australia. Located near the area known as Flemington, though the technical name for the suburb is Homebush West. On the north side of the station are the Flemington markets. On the south side of the station is a shopping centre. At the western end of the station platforms is the Flemington maintenance centre, which is a storage and workshop area for some of CityRail's rolling stock, including the inter-urban train fleet.

In 2005, the station served the South Line (light blue) and the Inner West Line (purple).

Under an earlier railway system map, used in the 1990s and for a long time earlier, Flemington station was on the (yellow) Western line, (green) Southern line and (brown) Bankstown line. Usually only all-stations trains stopped at Flemington, with most trains going between Lidcombe and Strathfield, and bypassing Flemington and Homebush. Flemington station has four platforms, platforms 1 and 2 make up the northern platform, and platform 3 and 4 the southern platform.

Most trains stopped at either platform 3 or 4, occasionally on 2 and almost never on 1. The ticket office is located on the east side of the station, connected by stairs to the shopping area and The Crescent street to the south, and connected by a walkway to the north which leads to the Flemington markets. There is a small shop near the ticket office which sells newspapers and some snack foods.

In the 1950s there used to be sale yards for cattle on the north side of the station. Cattle would come down from the country and cattle would be sold there. The Flemington markets are now in that place.
